Sales Support/Order Processor We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support/Order Processor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication and customer service skills and demonstrate innovative problem-solving abilities when addressing common account issues.

Job Tasks and
Responsibilities:
Prepare product samples, spec sheets, quote sheets, and sales sheets for customers.
Collaborate with internal accounting and legal departments for vendor agreement processing.
Set up company and product information in customer portals.
Update inventor and product contents in E-Commerce site.
Address complaints and resolve issues with primary focus on the customer's satisfaction and upholding the company's reputation.
Issue sales orders & RA in the company system, enter return when received the return merchandise form from warehouse.
Maintain effective communication with the warehouse staff regarding domestic and drop ship orders.
Request routing information in customer portals and communicate with carriers for domestic orders.
Qualifications for the Role:
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
Excellent presentation skills.
Ability to build lasting working relationships with customers and vendors.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
