The Administrative Assistant I will provide administrative support to the Business Support Team, Weymouth Unit employees and managers, as well as internal and external customers.
The administrative assistant will handle various business-related duties :
Assist walk-up customers, answer phones, transmit messages, assist with timekeeping, schedule and oversee conference rooms, set up logistics for meetings, procurement of materials and supplies to support the Treatment & Water Quality Group day-to-day operations.

Administrative Assistant I EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education and
Experience:
A high school diploma or high school equivalency certificate and four years of relevant experience; or associate's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and two years of relevant experience; or bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
Relevant Experience is defined as:
administrative work experience within construction, engineering, or manufacturing.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS License(s):
Valid California Class C Driver's License or equivalent (required at time of application) that allows you to drive during your employment.
