We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Back of House staff member in our coffee shop.
As a member of the Back of House team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our coffee shop and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Duties:
- Prepare and assemble food and beverage items according to established recipes and quality standards - Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies - Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer orders and payments - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the back of house area - Collaborate with front of house staff to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction - Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
Experience:
- Previous experience in a food service or coffee shop environment is preferred - Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety regulations - Proficiency in operating POS systems - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you are passionate about coffee, have a strong work ethic, and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you.
