Job Description We seek a detail-oriented and organized Clinical Manager to join our team as a part-time staff member.
As a Clinic Manager at Green Family Therapies, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our pediatric clinic and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
You will work closely with our therapists and Executive Director to deliver exceptional service to our clients and contribute to the overall success of our company.
Responsibilities Client Relations:
Greet clients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, monitor the company email inbox, and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Administrative Support:
Coordinates appointments and schedules and manages staff calendars Oversees guest experience, sorts mail, and answers direct phone calls Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Communication and Coordination:
Serve as a liaison between therapists and caregivers.
Communicate effectively and consistently with team members to ensure smooth coordination of schedules and tasks.
Assist with disseminating information and updates to clients and staff.
Quality Assurance:
Assist with maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Participate in quality assurance initiatives to uphold the highest standards of service delivery.
Requirements Associate degree or higher in business administration, communications, or any related field Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA Compliance Standards required Minimum two years of proven experience in a similar role in a healthcare or therapy setting (references will be checked) Spanish-speaking (required) Experience using Apple Mac computer systems (required) Proficiency in Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Gmail) Experience using the Simple Practice EMR system (highly preferred) Excellent planning, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
