Vehicle Description 1971 AMC JAVELIN SST C-809 This 1971 AMC Javelin SST is a second-generation example that we acquired in June of 2020.
The previous owner of this vehicle reportedly purchased it from the daughter of its original owner.
The car is finished in white with black vinyl roof inserts over a blue interior, and power is from a 304ci V8 mated to a three-speed automatic transmission.
Additional equipment includes power steering, a front sway bar, and an AM/FM/cassette stereo.
A carburetor rebuild and oil change have been carried out along with installation of an aluminum radiator, fresh brakes, and a new battery.

The body was refinished in its original Snow White in the mid-2000s following repair of a dent in the driver-side quarter panel.
